In a nutshell

We care about your privacy. We only collect what we need, we use it to do our job, and we never sell your data to anyone. If you want to know what we have on you or ask us to delete it, just ask.

What information we collect

When you get in touch - via our contact form, email, or when you apply for a job - we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, and whatever you write in your message. We need this to reply to you and do the work you've asked for.

We also collect basic usage data when you browse our site (things like which pages you visit and how you got here). This helps us understand how the site is used and fix problems. We use cookies for this - see our Cookie Policy for details.

If you reach us through one of our ads or campaign links and then send an enquiry, we save the campaign details (and Google's ad click reference, where there is one) with your enquiry. That tells us which ads bring in real enquiries, and we may share the click reference back with Google Ads for that purpose.

If you use the AI assistant on our site, your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate the replies. We don't keep the conversation unless you ask us to get in touch, in which case we save your details and the conversation with your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiries and provide the services you've asked for
• Send you updates about your project or our work (if you've asked for them)
• Improve our website and how we do things
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g. keeping records for tax)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to do the job - for example, to complete a project, answer a question, or meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what we have - we'll tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct it - if something's wrong, we'll fix it
• Delete it - you can ask us to remove your data (subject to legal requirements)
